We specialize in luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring, including porcelain, ceramic, and select natural stone products. We can also coordinate flooring as part of a larger kitchen or bathroom remodel.

Yes. Your quote can include carpet removal, removal of existing flooring, and preparation for the new installation. Difficult tile removal, multiple layers, heavy adhesive, or unexpected subfloor conditions may require additional labor, which we discuss as soon as it is discovered.

We evaluate the subfloor before installation and identify preparation or repair needs that could affect the result. Because conditions vary by home, necessary work is discussed based on what is found.

Yes. You can purchase materials directly to avoid unnecessary markup, and we can help with product recommendations, quantities, and links. Materials can also be included in the quote when preferred.

For most projects, clients purchase the flooring materials and have them on-site before installation. This helps you avoid contractor markups and gives you greater control over the total project cost.

That depends on the flooring manufacturer and the product’s attached-pad requirements. Adding an unapproved underlayment can affect performance or void a warranty, so we review the installation instructions before recommending it.
